The remaining teams, if they win can only move up 4 spots, hence no shot at picking 1st.

Posted - 04/14/2010 : 09:57:42 I remember talk from previous threads of the Oilers maybe courting Boston to try and get thier first round pick.
Boston I think is going to want to hold that pick and scoop up Seguin or Hall, but maybe the Oilers should be making eyes at Columbus or Florida at try and land 3rd or 4th.
It'd be kinda neat to see the Oil walk out of the draft with Hall and Fowler, might help them in thier NHL debuts since they've played together before.
I know it'd have to be a monster deal to do it, but a guy can dream...
The arena wall in chicago should be credited with a goal. |

Posted - 04/14/2010 : 08:44:49 I think Boston will get a pick in the 5-10 range. Leafs still need some work to do. |

Posted - 04/14/2010 : 06:09:26 Assuming Boston doesn't trade next years1st pick from Toronto what do you think the chances are that it will be
1. Another lottery pick 2. A top 10 pick 3. Between 11-14 4. A playoff position pick (15 to 30) |

Posted - 04/13/2010 : 17:31:22 Top five stayed in the same order. Pretty uneventful but good for the Oil and not so good for the Leafs. I guess next year we will really see the impact of having Kessel over either Hall or Seguin.
1. Edmonton 2. Boston 3. Florida 4. Columbus 5. NY Islanders
When Hell freezes over, I'll play hockey there too. |
