No penalty called either, not sure how that went unnoticed?

And we see a lot of high sticks!

I am thinking that CC and the brass at NHL-HQ are on it.
Hey Alex, no complaint about the 5 minute boarding call?? I bet there would have been had Vancouver lost last night
No complaint whatsoever about the Alberts hit and i can assure you there'd be no justification for an argument even had they lost. If it wasn't boarding, it was charging, if it wasn't charging, it was elbowing, if it wasn't.......take your pick! Stupid penalty, and it wasn't the only one he took! Be interesting to see if he's dressed for tomorrow nights game!
I wasn't really even complaining about the non call on Kopitar, but i'll admit, i might have complained about that one had we lost! I just found it amusing more than anything that the stick got stuck where it did and luckily with no damage to Henrik!
Was a decent game, but one that would have prob hurt the Canucks more to lose than it likely did the Kings! I still think the two games in LA are gonna be the big ones as Vancouver hasn't been a great road team this season! Funny how they did so well on that long "Olympic" road trip yet still finished with a sub par road record on the year! |
