After looking at Crosbys hit on daniel alfredsson i think its garbage how the nhl acts like its such a good hit. Like Ovie has hits like that every game and doesnt get near the credit sidney gets |

Ovechkin doesn't get credit because his style of play is very physical. Crosby's is not. So when Crosby does get physical, it's noteworthy.
Compare it to Nick Lidstrom. I think he has a grand total of 12 hits in his NHL career. If and when he ever stepped up and layed someone out at the blueline, you would see it every day for a week on SportsCentre.
This has nothing to do with who gets credit for what. |

As much as I hate Crosby it was a clean good hit, Alfie even said in the newspaper he deserved it for having his head down. |

Any link to the hit? Didn't get to see a lot of the hockey games or highlights last night, or was it from another game? Really haven't seen much of the eastern games.  |
