I think the Nashville Predators are the biggest underrated team, there second in the league just behind Anaheim, they have good forwards like Paul Kariya, Jason Arnott, Martin Erat and David Legwand. They also have good defense like Kimmo Timonen, Marek Zidlicky and Dan Hamhuis and they also have 2 good goaltenders Tomas Vokoun and Chris Mason. Why don't you ever hear about these guys? |

That is not what I mean by most underrated team, I mean do you ever hear about these guys on TSN, The Score or ESPN, NO!

ya but nashville would no less than hawaii and calafornia for sure there western folk down there and they just play guitars fishing for bass and the hot weather. so i would say they no less |

Ya , Detroit is Underrated, I just didn't really consider them underrated because I hear about them from my friend all the time, eh Azeman.

i think the Blackhawks are really underated! Havlat, Bondra, Seabrook, Khabibulin (if thats how you spell it ) and Smolinski. There all good players even though they are in 3rd last place i still think they are underated for thier potential.
Another team that is underated THIS year would be Detroit...
they are 4th place 2 points behind the Ducks and Buffalo
with all there amazing players, they are doing very well, and since all of those players have been in a playoff game or won the cup...they can handle the pressure that some of the new guys can't

You dont hear about the preds because they dont have a dedicated fan base. The NHL says that the team will probably be relocated within the next two or three years
