The age isnt 18 everywhere in canada, he should have known what the age in that state was especially if he was living there

why would you even think of going into a bar if you knew the age was 21 and you knew you were 18

I think in some states it's 18 and in others it's 21. Toews happened to be in one of the "21" states. But really, if simply hadn't entered the bar he would have none of this on his hands...it could've been easily avoided. |
