He's talking about when the ref quickly blew the whistle that denied Eberle a goal even though the puck was still loose

It happened to him in the norway game at the world championships too, bad luck

I was at the game last night. Good goal from where I could see. Secondly, that goal didn't have much of an outcome on the game. Not nearly as much as the refs did. Wow, did they ever take the new direction to heart! There was a clear boarding call that both guys called, but that was easily the most interesting way to ref a game I have ever watched. Not saying it was good reffing or bad reffing, but it was very different than what has been the norm. 15 minor penalties and a penalty shot in a very non-physical game.

What about that omark "dive", plus eberle was robbed of a goal

The goal was so controversial that there is no video of it on the web that I can find....

I saw the shot in another video, he took it, looks to poke at the puck as its in the goalie's pads, Kabby slides backwards into the net. The ref was pretty adamant that it was a goal, he called it on the ice.

They went upstairs, inconclusive on the replay, call on the ice stands. Which are the rules, and they work both ways.

I don't think Whitney pushed Kabby into the net - he didn't have enough strength to push him, all he did was poke at the pads to try and get the puck loose. The ref obviously thinks he saw the puck go in, and made the call - he was right there behind the net.

sahis, if you find a video of the whole thing, including slowmo replay, post it.

First off, you didn't really answer the question at hand. I'm sure the OP knows "he can't do anything about it", but i'm pretty sure he/she was asking for an opinion on what people thought about it as far as whether or not it should have counted?

I didn't see it so i can't comment unless someone provides a link to it?
