will the tronto maple leafs make the playoffs and will vancouver be able to bounce back?

I will just answer the Vancouver question because Toronto has been over evaluated.

Chicago will come back and they will be the team that will haunt Vancouver. Chicago goes to the finals. So no Vancouver wont bounce back
