Victory awaits him who has everything in order--luck, people call it. Defeat is certain for him who has neglected to take the necessary precautions in time; this is called bad luck. |

Posted - 05/29/2007 : 12:03:46 Right now (and short term) I'd hate to be Darcy Regier....the decisions he has to make in the next couple months are the toughest any GM will have to make this offseason. If he can keep the core construct of the team together, he will be on his way to a great career as a GM...possible hall of fame...if not, he will undoubtedly be the goat in Buffalo.
Long term, I think JFJ's got the worst job in hockey. In addition, he's not very good at it, which exacerbates the situation.
Because the demands on a goalie are mostly mental, it means that for a goalie, the biggest enemy is himself." ~Ken Dryden |

Posted - 05/25/2007 : 16:34:40 I wouldn't. His team does have upside to it in the next 5-10 years. I would hate to be Columbus' gm so much more. They hardly have any players to build of of.
When life gives you lemons throw them at the Ottawa Senators and their fans and hope it gets them in the eyes ;) |
