The Oilers have inked former-LA King to a 2-year deal. I think this is a good move Lowe, of course not one to save the season but it brings in a pretty good goalie in my mind and there is a good chance that Markkanen will go to another team considering he is a UFA. I hope MacT will play our backup (Garon) more this season and maybe that way Roloson can get back to playing the way he played in the '06 run.

I think this was a good move as well. Garon has proven to be a solid back up and has stepped up in the past when the #1 has gone down.

I think it is a good move by Lowe. Garon is a decent goalie that can get the job done. And like OC said, I hope that MacTavish plays his backup more because Roloson isnt always reliable.

I think LA's last bit of cash will go towards a goalie. Maybe they could pursuade Hasek or go for Cujo or Belfour. |

If they played Roli for 2 games then Garon for one that would be awsome. Roli is only about a 40 game goalie.
