I know it's pre-season so it doesn't necessarily reflect what the regular season will be but is scoring up so far this year or is it just me? It seems like we've got some pretty high scoring games. Anyone heard if it's up or have the stats? Pucknuts? Anyone?

All I can find so far is stats on Yahoo sports that show last years, and this years pre-season standings.

Last year 210 games 622 goals average = 2.962 Goals/Game.

This year 110 games 318 goals average = 2.891 Goals/Game.

Very close but actually down so far...
