Shanahan is great. I just caught some of his comments this morning on the shootout. He said most people like it but it is something that you don't want to admit - just like watching Survivor or surfing for porn on the internet.
He has a point. |

I don't think survivor is anti-climactic at all. Tribal council is sweet and get me so nervous. |

I agree nazzy, it is a bit anti-climactic at times. It seems the goalies have the advantage - especially when the shooter glides to the net in slow motion.

shootouts, survivor and surfing porn? sounds like a solid days work for me, hah!
but honestly, the shootout is pretty good for the game... and would be even better if they pushed it to best of 5 instead of best of 3. seems a bit anti-climactic at the moment - minus the malik goal - especially after a tough fought battle through regulation and overtime to win it in 1 1/2 minutes in a shootout. |
