I just caught the first two periods and Atlanta is all over the Senators. The Sen's top line looks lost without Alfredsson and Hossa is lighting it up against his old mates.

The Sens are fine. Everyone is allowed to be blown out from time to time, and I honestly don't think it would have made a difference had Alfredsson been there. Maybe the score would have been 7-5 instead. When Atlanta decides to turn it on, Atlanta REALLY turns it on.

No kidding: 8-3 final. I am happy for Hossa to have such a strong game against his former team. Heatley has been in the spotlight for the first half of the season leading many to believe that Atlanta got a raw deal. I think it was evident last night that Hossa is as good a player as Heatley and the trade really helped both teams.
