I don't really follow the sharks so I'm curious if anyone knows why his production has dropped off so far this season. |

Posted - 11/10/2007 : 19:44:27 I've got him too. Last year in the playoffs Marleau was called out for underperforming by the coach and I think even the GM. I'm hoping this get's resolved quickly (trade or fire the coach) and he starts producing for me. |

Posted - 11/10/2007 : 10:26:54 I have marleau as well, thought I had a good pick but I felt to second place in the standing b/ he is not performing at all. Force to trade.... can't see he is getting out of this spin.... he just signed a new contract not motivated to put up the big points.

Posted - 11/08/2007 : 22:39:00 Yeah, I took Thornton fourth and I thought I stole him. Now I'm looking like a fool, because he's the lowest scorer in the first round.
Marleau is pretty streaky. You might not get a point out of him for two weeks, and then he rattles off a couple of four point games.
Hang in there. |

Posted - 11/08/2007 : 10:08:23 I think the sharks in general are underperforming so far this year. Take Joe Thornton for example. He's tied for 9th in the scoring race with 16 points. I expect him to be top 3, or atleast top 5 by the end of the season.
I'd stay stick with him, the sharks are bound to get out of this funk they're in.
