Posted - 01/05/2006 : 23:37:10 That game was incredible! Canada dominated the period 2 and 3. The first was tilted in Russia's favor. Worth every penny.
I got to shake hands with the Goalie of the Tournament, Rask. He was walking through the concourse with the Finland team. They were in total awe of the fans. I can tell you that they had never seen anything like it! Everyone was stopping them and congratulating them. They went up to the upper bowl (1 secton over from us) and their jaws were open the whole time as they watched the game and listened to the crowd. Time of their lives I'm sure.

Posted - 01/06/2006 : 09:44:04 Boy what a game. I can't remeber the last time I saw so much intensity - well probably at last years WJC's, it is by far the best hockey tournament in the world. If only the NHL players put in half the effort of the kids on team Canada.
Solidifying the fact that we are the best. Go Canada!
