Posted - 11/17/2007 : 08:59:00 I went shopping for a lcd tv for the spare bedroom back in late september and who's face was on 100 + t.v sets at the store when I walked in -- Mike Milbury's (doing something for tsn I'd imagine)
it wasnt enough that his stay was overdone with my isles -he had to haunt me when making a very important purchase

I think other than James Duthie and Chris Cuthbert, the entire TSN hockey pannel has to go....Especially Dreggar and Mackenzie. I don't really like hearing hockey "analysis" from a couple of guys who need to hold onto the boards when the skate...Healy's too loud! And Dave Hodge is the most pretencious ass-hole I've heard.
Duthie's a fun guy and Cuthberts a play-by-play hero...Unfortunately, those two don't get much air time, so I usually find myself changing the channel.
Sugar Ray over Hasek any day!
You guys want a great drinking game?
Watch TSN's coverage, and every time Bob Mackenzie says, "At the end of the day.........." - have a shot of rum.
You'll be hammered by the end of the first period intermission. |

Posted - 11/15/2007 : 09:55:09 i totally agree antroman. gary green is absolutely unbearable, i cant watch NHL ON the Fly when he is talking. just as bad though is dave reid, who talks about how he used to watch guys like sakic and forsberg from the bench, where he spent the majority of his playing career. he will even talk about how he always played so great against the sabres and how his "defensive awareness" made it possible for the avs to win the cup in 2001. ridiculous. |

Posted - 11/15/2007 : 08:11:33 The absolute worst guy for me to listen to is Gary Green. I have never in my whole life ever heard somebody prattle on at length and say absolutely nothing like him. This guy just rambles on and won't shut up. I would choose watching paint dry over listening this dumb palooka!!!!! We should take up a sympathy collection for the other poor bastards on the NHL network that have to sit there night after night listening to this foghorn. |

Posted - 11/15/2007 : 08:01:03 healy is an a****** as well, and that in spite of the fact that he was never a good player!!! Pierre Mcquire, although he knows alot about hockey and is a good guy is very annoyting at times when he gets carried away. i dont even like ron maclean that much either. |

Posted - 11/15/2007 : 06:28:03 Not only should Milbury go, but the Monster himself, Paul MacGuire. He makes me not want to watch hockey.
While we are on this subject how about those boring guys on the new satellite hot stove on CBC. Mellanby and PJ Stock (excuse me who??) suck big time. |
