Ottawa, ON (AP) - The Ottawa Senators have won the Peter Forsberg sweepstakes, inking the 34-year-old center to a 2-year contract worth $9.2 million. Forsberg, who was reportedly leaning towards a return to either Philadelphia or Colorado, felt the Senators had the best chance of winning the Stanley Cup and made the best offer to him in explaining his decision to join the team.

Looks like my Sens have signed Forsberg.

Good or not?

This website is a rumour one. They also claim the Sens nabbed Wolski from the Avs. Read the date stamp on the article! Pete ain't going nowhere any time soon. Not until the 26th at least

It was an advertisement site. For hockey pools. I don't see it right at this moment, did the first time i went today. not since.

I've also checked plenty of other sites, with nothing. I'm just sour about it. Apparently not true. Sorry folks. I'm ashamed.

I think thats a bad desicion.
They have plenty of great players
and Forseberg is def not one of them.
He might give them a playoff run,
but i dont know why they signed a 2 year deal.
bad bad bad choice.
