I know we have had discussions about Jagr vs Ovechkin for the Hart but if San Jose squeaks into a playoff spot I think Joe Thornton should be recognized. He has jumped past Jagr for the points lead with 97 and is arguably the best player in the world.

Long live the Sharks!

BTW, Thornton has 99, with two games in hand.

Now it's Jagr 100 - Thornton 98. It's a goodie for sure! You make a good point...if San Jose makes the playoffs Thornton is definitely a candidate. I guess if the Canucks continue to suck this could happen.
