Brendan Shanahan is headed to the World Championships. I applaud this as he is a veteran guy with nothing to prove and is willing to sacrifice a few weeks of well earned vacation time with his family to play for his country. If you look at the team sent over he is one of the only veterans there and should captain the team. Go Canada!
