Posted - 11/08/2008 : 08:03:32 Not that this would ever happen or that Grapes would be the best person to be NHL commisioner. But to have him as an advisor would be great.
Look at the way he sees the game and the comments he makes about the game. No touch icining, changing the way the glass is on the boards, abolishing the instigator rule, changes to equipment etc etc.
Yes he is very oppinionated but he does have overall hockey smarts and without doubt would maintain North American style hockey. Gone would be these punks hiding behind thier visors and swinging hockey sticks. Players would have to finally man up.
And guys like Sean Avery would be K.O.'d. The little bitch would get what he has coming to him.
