Posted - 06/10/2003 : 13:54:55 Well the playoffs are now over. I'm happy to say that I won my hockey pool too so that's great. My wife is is especially pleased that the playoffs are over as I'll now get my butt off the couch and get something done. I have to say that I'm happy about that too. I love hockey but the playoffs go too late. If the regular season was cut back a bit, maybe reduce the games by a couple weeks then playoffs would end in May like in the old days. Just my 2 cents.

My wife and I both were couch potatoes during playoffs. In a way, we were somewhat relieved that none of our teams made it to the cup this season.
We had NHL Center Ice with Dish network, so I didn't spend much time doing anything but watching hockey last season.
This season we won't be able to afford it, so maybe we'll be a little more productibve. :)
