After being NHLPA president for the last 8 years, Trevor Linden stepped down yesterday. I understand there is a group of players calling for Saskin's resignation. I wonder if they were also pushing for Trevor to quit? I think he has been unfairly criticized by a lot of people. He had a hand in bringing the lockout to an end and I give him a ton of credit for that. The fans owe him a huge thank you.

Maybe now he can concentrate on playing. Anyone see him being anything more than a 4th line guy?
