The Leafs should look at signing blair betts one of the better penalty killers in the league to help their PK, which was last in the league last year. Also try and sign Dominic Moore for cheap, solid 3rd liner can fill-in on second line and played well and had good chemistry with Jason Blake.

Burke has already indicated that the Wallin signing replaces Moore's role. The other thing is that the Leafs already have 4 3rd lines. Adding Blair Betts takes away the opportunity to see what a Mitchell, Bozak or Hanson can do.
