The NHL and YouTube have reached an agreement where the NHL will upload videos and share in the ad revenue on pages with NHL content. IMO, these deals will slowly kill the user upload sites like YouTube. Anyone remember the wicked Ovechkin highlight package put together last season? Do you think the NHL could put somthing together like that given their less than mediocre marketing history?
