To EDM:
Bouwmeester
Roberts

To FLA:
Horcoff
Bergeron

I think it solves the Oilers D problem with a decent upgrade plus Roberts would be great for the playoffs. Nedved can fill in for Horcoff whose trade value lessens daily. Anyone like this deal?

Greene has been developing into a solid defensive player, and in another year or two, I can see him as a top 10 defensive player in the league. Plus, Greene is 3 years younger and gets paid less. I like Horcoff and Bergeron for Bouwmeester and Roberts(or Horton or Wiess). That makes sense. I think that with Smith and Staios getting a bit more "mature" the Oilers would be making a big mistake moving Greene. Bergeron is more expendable with developing players like Tvarquist and Smid.

I agree with Beans15.

Go Vancouver

Not going to happen. You have to offer up somthing good to get Horton and Bouwmeester. Typical Olier Homer. Nedved has no trade value. Hence lasting three rounds of waiver recalls.

Throw Nedved in with it and bring Thoreson back from the minors. Florida might go for it then.
