Sopel is one of the best at holding the offensive zone, especially on the power play, when it is even more important.

23 points in 44 games is a solid 0.5 PPG. Hes a plus 2 on a terrible team and plays anywhere from 18-27 minutes per game. I am impressed by these numbers and applaud Nonis on this one.

Wow, that last guess was another who I consider a "hockey genius." Sopel is a solid defender with an offensive touch. That doesn't hurt in a playoff run at all. And they got him for what? A bag of pucks. Good for Van.

Sopel is useless and i think he has 23 points manily all assists. So i think that he will play like the canucks and suck. Cancuks only have luongo that does something.

same here sopel is a great D man he would be a good pair up with bieksa
