Posted - 11/26/2007 : 15:26:09 The Toronto Sun reports today that John Ferguson Jr. and/or Paul Maurice will get fired within one week. I say lose the GM, and keep Maurice. That is what I'd want, were I a Leafs' fan, anyway.
The Oil WILL make the playoffs.

At the beginning of JFJ's career as the Gm of the Maple leafs, I heard that he didn't get the choice of who the leafs signed. It was Quinn and the owner. Maybe if they gave him a chance at the beginning, the leafs wouldn't be where they are right now.

Posted - 11/26/2007 : 16:17:12 I want them both gone. JFJ can't seem to make good deals. Maurice is a good coach but has lost the respect of his players. It's like the Hartley system in Atlanta only worse.
