I ask you, what is a credible rumor?
Not to mention any names but there are plenty of guys online that provide all types of 'trade rumors'. Some charge for their 'insider info' and others give it away. Some are right some of the time, and others seem to throw out enough rumors that they are bound to hit on a couple.
I think that if you are giving this info away, to generate 'buzz' to your website and its forum, then you will be excused when you are wrong. When you charge people for these rumors, then you are expected to deliver.
Let's all use this forum to have some fun - some free fun where we can share nhl rumor chatter, and have a laugh.

Haha, not mentioning any names but giving us a few hints there pucker. Eklund's site is good but he himself seems to make up a lot of crap.
Code's site has been really weak lately and he is constantly accused of being a liar.

I am still reading that Hartnell could be a Canuck. But who would Vancouver give up? I think either Kesler or Cooke would be a fair deal. Plus the Preds want to bring up Radulov so maybe he could be had for a draft pick. The Canucks don't know how to draft anyways lol.

To start off the fun - there are still a couple of semi-servicable UFAs out there:
Peter Bondra - I have heard rumors of him going back to Washington. With other teams struggling early, he may find a home soon, but probably in the East.
Valeri Bure - Vancouver and Calgary need scoring help and Bure is used to playing in the West. The only question being, will his body hold up?
Jason Allison - Although slow and old, he has been rumored to be signed by a number of teams. He can still provide some offense, but may not be anyones first choice for a 2nd line forward. However, wait for an injury and he may get scooped.
Yanic Perreault - faceoff specialist that still has no home. I am amazed that the Canucks spent over a million on Marc Chouinard who is supposed to be a strong faceoff man, and this guys is still unsigned. Someone has got to sign him.
