Im not going to make a vote on this because I was bored and just decided to see how this turned out. Discuss should the NHL have a salary cap? is the Salary Cap too high? is it too Low?

Well, I believe the salary cap is decided based upon total league revenue on average for all teams, per previous year.

So, i'm going to say the Salary cap is just right!
