Once trade day arrives...is it first come first serve in terms of teams acquiring players? i.e. Do I have to be at my computer at midnight to conduct my trades? Or is there a ranking system to when I can conduct my own personal trades? Do we e-mail the pool's admin our trade requests or does the system have a feature where we enter a trade request?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

Currently your pool administrator must input all the trades, so send the trades to them.
