I have Eric Staal and Doughty and I was proposed a trade that would give me Couture and Edler. This is a single season league, and the stats that count are scoring, regular on the powerplay and shorthanded, as well as faceoffs, SOG, +/-, and penalty minutes. I was wondering, would this be beneficial for me for the remainder of the season? |

ARE YOU KIDDING ME ? Last I checked Couture is a sophmore and Edler is an average defensman from Vancouver. Trading THAT for 2 superstars like Stall and Doughty are out of the question?

Pull the trigger man. Don't listen to these guys. Staal having a crap year. How long will it take you to see that? Plus Edler is out now with a shoulder injury. You heard it here first. Even if he doesnt miss too many his numbers WILL be affected. End of year you will be better off by listening to this advice. Make the trade. |

yep, stand pat on that one - Staal and Doughty beats Couture/Edler, pretty handily I'd say. |

I'm a big Staal fan.....i would "stand pat". I think Staal will be as good or better than Couture....ALSO....
I'm a Canuck fan, and i love Edler, but i still think Doughy will start putting up ponts sooner rather than later! |
