Just wondering if anyone thinks Bobby Ryan will get a chance this year with the Ducks?? He played the first 4 games, scored a goal, and looked pretty good. I think he has the potential to make it big in the NHL if given a chance. |

Juice32 I think the Ducks are of a defence first mindset and are just trying to knock the offense first out of his mind. This is quite an adjustment for young skilled players like Ryan where offense first has always been his forte'. He is going to be just fine as time is on his side. |

But he's ready now and the Ducks could use some secondary scoring. Perry and Getzlaf can't do it all. I don't understand why they won't give him a chance. |

I dont think that they should rush him into the NHL, let him dominate the AHL and get his confidence up for the big leagues and he will end up being a much more effective player. |
