With both injuries being more than 6 weeks at a critical time in a super tight rice in the North West, I think it would be prudent to make a move ASAP before other teams start flooding the market down the stretch and raising player's prices.
How much cap room does Colorado they have? Considering the severity of the injuries do Sakic's and Smyth's salaries count towards it? No right? Can anyone clarify?
