By the next outing, I believe you mean tonight's game between the Leafs and Oilers.
Both teams are relatively hot, at least over the last five games, where both teams have 9 out of 10 points.
The Oilers last two wins were against two very good teams (Hawks and Wings), and the Leafs last two victories were shut-outs.
And getting back to the subject at hand (Gagner), he's obviously red-hot right now, so it should be a good game.
I think Gagner will have an ordinary night though (he may muster one point), and I think the Leafs will prevail in getting the win. The Oilers have an abysmal road record, and the Leafs are very good at home. |
