Dan Cloutier is back with Marc Crawford in LA. I am a bit disappointed that all Nonis managed to get was a 2nd round pick for him. The Canucks need a winger who can play on the first line. I am happy for Cloutier because even though he has us down so many times in the past - he was a pretty good guy and deserves another shot.

Looks good on the Canucks as a franchise when they treat their current and former players fairly and with class. Is it any wonder why Luongo couldn't get a deal done with Keenan. Some GMs and franchises have a bad reputation. This type of stuff will attract great players to the team.

being a nice guys doesn't win many games. I wish him well but I'm glad to have Luongo. At least this city can feel hope again.
