man, now it is Tyler Kennedy who is out with a concussion, and Chris Letang has been suspended for two games. Granted losing either of these two doesn't carry the same impact as losing Crosby, but...

Disagree - I think Letang is just as important (nearly) as Crosby. He is a phenomenal defenceman in his prime, is the main reason for a still good power play without Crosby (not disparaging Malkin, just sayin') and is excellent at both ends of the ice.
Letang out hurts Pittsburgh bad.
Although, they do seem to be the team that just never dies . . . no matter who they are missing.
