Dallas Stars captain Brenden Morrow has agreed to waive his no trade clause and has accepted a trade to Pittsburg. In the Deal the Pens will also get a 2013 3rd round draft pick while the Stars will get defense prospect Joe Morrow and a 2013 5th round pick.

I like this move for Dallas. Morrow is supposed to be a good d prospect with offensive upside.
I guess it's a good deal both ways as the Pens are deep at D prospects and could prob afford the loss of Morrow! |
