Posted - 02/27/2007 : 17:31:10 The panthers are not doing any better than they were before. In fact I think worse. They had Lungo. They traded him and Bertuzzi was the main trade member of the Vancouver side. But now look. He was injured most of the season, and that's not the gm's fault but Luongo was given up basically for nothing. Now look. Today Bertuzzi was traded for what? Two draft picks? or was it one. Im not sure but still not very good. The canucks will finish in a decent position so really the panther aren't gaining anything, just losing. If Bertuzzi is UFA then okay it makes more sense but they could have done a bit better over the last 2 years.
