Posted - 10/27/2007 : 11:38:10 I'm going to chime in with Atlantic. They may not have the toughest overall teams and other divisions may be better than them, but their grouping is relatively matched and that will make it a tough division to win. |

Posted - 10/27/2007 : 09:34:26 I chose the Atlantic. The Flyers have improved immensely, the Rangers, and Penguins got off to a slow start, but will vie for the Atlantic Division lead. The Islanders have a great coach that will give them a chance at the division tittle. You never know when Brodeur is going to step up his game, and bring the Devils near the top...

Posted - 10/27/2007 : 09:23:48 I would say a tie between the NW and the AT. If I had to pick one, I would say NW. I think that 4 of the 5 teams could win that division ligitimately, and the 5th is competative at the least. The Atlantic in the long run will turn into 3 teams fighting for the top spot. I also think the Islanders are the worst team in the Atlantic, and the worst team in the NW (sadly Edmonton) is better than the Islanders.

For those who chose the Pacific, might I just say a few words, namely Phoenix, the Kings, and Dallas. All three are non-playoff teams, with Dallas having the best shot at making it. You can't have three weak teams (and arguably two of the best) and be considered a strong divison, in my opinion. |

The Oilers are not going to be as bad as everyone thinks. Nothing is more dangerous than a young team with nothing to lose. |

Posted - 10/27/2007 : 06:39:19 I've gotta go with Northwest too. They seem to have the hardest division this year and all of the teams (excluding Edmonton) should make the playoffs. |

Posted - 10/27/2007 : 06:34:20 Tough call there. I would say the Northeast but they really only have Ottawa. So I think im gonna have to say the Northwest Division. At least there is at least two quality teams there and possibly even 3 or 4 teams out of 5. Edmonton would be my pick for the worst team in that division. |
