Of the 4 remaining starting goaltenders, if you had to, who would you choose for your 08/09 regular season hockey pool?

I am going for Iginla and personally I think if sakic comes back they shouldn't give him the ''C" hes already won a gold metal, give someone else the "C"

I will go out on a limb and say Cary Price.

Please read the question again..."of the 4 remaining...". The question by design is to ONLY include the 4 remaining starters therefore "other" is not valid.

I see now that you are just trying gauge the popularity of the goalies currently in the playoffs.
I just felt that, since you made the poll about the next regular season, it would be fair to include other goalies. As none of these goalies maybe someone's first choice. I still think it would have been worthwhile to see how people would have responded, had that option been in place.

(ADMIN EDIT - I would agree that it would make an interesting poll too, however it is not the intent of this one.)

Fleury all the way he's still young and improving where the others are all fully developed

It would be Marty Turco without question. Dallas has a solid team that should stay together. Also, in the past three years, Turco has gone 111-60-16. He's getting points in 65% of the games he plays. He's still in his prime and he is known for his physical preparation.

Turco is the guy, no doubt about it.

Of course pool settings would be the final decision-maker, but all things being equal it's hard not to go with Fleury and the powerhouse Pens. If GAA and Save % are more of a factor, than Turco could well be the way to go.

Unfortunately I'm a Biron owner.

I went with Turco.. he seems to be on top of his game despite getting whooped by the Wings this round.

Probably Marc Andre Fleury with the amount of power up front even with out Hossa if he doesn't get resigned the Pens will offensively dominate.

Stars for the Cup!
