In light of the Senior A player from Ontario Don Sanderson, who tragically passed after hitting his head on the ice during a fight, should the NHL and CHL require strict enforcement if a helmet comes off during game play.

I guess I meant more along the lines if a player intentionally removes his helmet for a fight should a penalty be assessed? Also should they be looking for loose chin straps and requiring them to be tight fitted as designed. I know I never really tighten my chin strap even during beer league, i think I might now. Funny how it takes something like this to make people think about how they do things.
