Posted - 04/25/2009 : 16:07:16 I seriously don't understand all of this Canucks hate right now. I guess all non-fans always hate the team that's winning... but I mean come on, talk about the game in the forums, not why you hate a specific team and their fans - not many people wanna hear about it. |

Posted - 04/25/2009 : 15:44:42 Easy, Danglefest . . . it's a legitimate question, and a good one. Bandwagon jumpers or not, if your team is out of the playoffs and you love hockey, you are bound to cheer for someone. I have found myself cheering for the Canucks because I'd like to see Sundin raise the cup once; but I've also cheered for Washington and Chicago, just because they have players I really like to watch, and they play an exciting brand of hockey.
I voted Hordichuk, based on nothing but experience. If you're going to choose a minor role player, gotta choose one with a particular skill set - experience or grit. I think Hordichuk has a bit of both . . . although Piatt does as well. Hmm. Really haven't looked at them well enough to say, I suppose.
