Leigh....if you add a 3+ years, it gets my vote. I think it's a matter of when, not if, but don't think it's gonna happen within 3 years?
Then again, he could end up getting experience there and then heading back to Edmonton one day?

Mark Messier was just announced to be the Assistant to the General Manager for the New York Rangers. As you may know this means that he is rejoining Glen Sather (from his old Oiler days) Glen is no spring chicken so I imagine they are preparing for his successor.
I say ol' metal elbows will be the GM within 2 years.
