Not Bossy or Roenick.

Bossy's 1000 point was an assist on Jan 24, 1986.
Roenick's goal was not shorthanded...

Thanks for the info shinnyafterschool.

No link that I know of, I got it from a book. It says as follows:
"When the NHL passed legislation that designated the captain of the hockey club as the only player who had permission to converse with the referee during a game, Toronto St.Pats' coach Eddie Powers named...John Ross Roach...He became the first goaltender to be named captain...During the 1932-33 campaign there were four goaltenders serving as captains - George Hainsworth, Roy Wortors, Charlie Gardiner, and Alex Connel." I summed it up a bit.

31.) Who was the last NHL player to play the entire regular season with no penalty minutes ? He played in all the games his team played.

previous hints:

He played his entire career for one team.
He is not a goalie.
He is still actively involved with the NHL, not as a player, but in another capacity, Assistant Coach.
He has a shaved head.
He won his only major NHL award in his last season.
