Other players have led the playoffs in scoring without appearing in the Finals, but only Forsberg did it twice.
Others to do it include: Phil Esposito in 1969 (it was Montreal vs St. Louis) Bill Goldsworthy in 1968 (also Montreal vs St. Louis)

Posted - 05/09/2012 : 05:17:41 Hmmm . . . good one. I remembered that one year for Forsberg, back in the Colorado/Detroit rivalry days; but did not recall that Dallas/Buffalo final with him leading all scorers.
