I have only been here for 2 days although I would like to make a hockey pool, we could have a minimun of 6 people and a maxium of 16 people. It will be a draft pool, whoever joins I will pick the draft order because I don't know who has most knowledge and so on. We will have 8 forwards, 2 defense and 2 goalies. You can only trade to members, (no picking up people from the free agency or whatever you call it).
Goals=1
Assists=1
Gwg=2
Hatrick=3 (so if you get a hatrick you will get 6 points in total)
Shutouts=3 (so if you get a shutout you will get 6 points)
Win=2
I will leave out the plus minus and the enforcer thing because I think it is stupid in my opinion! I think I have covered everything.

I will do all the work and I will have the pool done when the draft is done. I'm hoping to start the draft tomorrow and end it a couple of days before the playoffs.

Do you want us to post our picks now or not??? And by the way I have an idea how we could draft. We just pick who you want. I'm sure that no one will pick all the same players, same teams and goalies... That's how we do our playoff pool.
BTW I don't have MSN.

I tried logging in on your pool but it won't accept one of the user name or the password. do you have the pool started . are there any opinings . if there are i'll play. does anybody know if this is a go.

ok theres 7 participants. so pick around 100 players and copy and paste there names and u put our names in a hat. and pick the draft order. and we log on to this forum and pick a player one at a time(6 defenceman,12 forwards and 2 goalies.) and then you take that player off the list and post the new list and we keep picking until we have 6 d 12 f and 2 g. just a suggestion

I will pick at random, no actually I can put everyones name in a hat and so on forth. Also say I get 1 and datsyuk get 2 I will get 2 and he will get 1 next round. So it goes the opposite every round. |
