Scott Niedermeyer. Everyone always overlooks the d when picking the best overall player. Scott does it all. And does it very well.

The best all around player in the league today is Lecavalier. Crosby will be in 2-3 years. Iginla is #2, with a whole land slide of players who could fit into the 3-10 spot.
I don't think there is a player than has the all around game of Lecavalier.
I Love your Kids, IHC is the man, and The Oilers Rule. Does that make me insane?? |

Goal Scorer: Alot. Heatley, Kovalchuk, Jagr, Selanne, Olli Jokinen, Sundin, Ovechkin, and plenty more.
Play Maker: Kariya, Spezza, Savard, Thornton though I don't think he is the best. Look at who he plays with. Nearly all of them can throw the puck in the net.
Skater: Fedorov, Kovalev
Goalie: Luongo (really I think it's impossible to determine but I think Luongo is playing best atm)
