he'd ask for one

Boston number one goaltender in Providence Anton Khudobin is injured. The Providence backup goalie Michael Hutchinson Is not NHL ready right now. Thats why they picked up Turco. Rask is expected to be back in time for the playoffs.

thomas has got to retire sometime as one of the few remaining 40+ NHL'ers. Rask will take over soon. it wont be the same for schnieder in Vancouver however. If only luongo was 39...

bad enough for them sign Turco, means Rask wont be back for the rest of the season or I assume they would just call up a minor leaguer to watch Tomas from the bench. You may also see Turco play a bunch while Boston rests Tomas for the playoffs

I agree with you ToXXiK1 because Timmy will most likley retire after this season sadly

Rask will play back up this year barring an injury to TT. Next year will be his year to bump for #1.

Well, clearly it's not this year. I really don't see any correlation between Rask and Bernier especially considering the young age that Quick is. Bernier, i would not be surprise, could easily be moved, maybe as early as this offseason.

Thomas is the man for at least this year. Another cup and he may call it a career, but you just never know with these goalies!
