Posted - 03/18/2013 : 00:50:41 I've seen a puck split before but not for half a goal. As odd as this play is, the call is pretty straight-forward. As the saying goes "The entire puck has to cross the line".
Too bad they couldn't award half a goal. |

Posted - 03/17/2013 : 22:36:10 Living in the Yukon we used to split pucks fairly often. I don't know what the commentators were saying but we just assumed it was a temperature thing. Too damn cold! |
