Posted - 11/20/2006 : 09:47:15 Jaromir Jagr just scored his 600th NHL goal. When it is all said and done, where will he end up on the all time goal scoring list? |

Posted - 11/21/2006 : 12:21:20 As long as he stays healthy he should be able to surpass Esposito, I think as he approaches the end of his hall of fame career he will rack up more assists, so points wise he will climb steadily. |

Posted - 11/21/2006 : 09:26:04 If he can keep his sulking and whining to a minimum as he has been over the past couple seasons, then he could crack 750 - tops.

Posted - 11/20/2006 : 19:22:25 Jagar is getting too old i dont expect him to have any more seasons over 50 goals so he will be 7th |

Posted - 11/20/2006 : 16:27:08 I have to confess, I said that to get a rise out of people. 300 goals is a lot to get in what's probably 3-5 years remaining on his career. Before I wrote that post I voted him 3rd behind Howe...and that is being optimistic too. |

Posted - 11/20/2006 : 16:26:55 To play the comparing game:
After 1130 games, Jagr has 600 goals After 1125 games, Gretzky already had 803 |

What? You're not giving him first ahead of the Great One? He could have 5 or 7 years left on his career. That would give him good a shot.
Any takers?
Noone'll ever surpass the great one. |

I'd take that. But I voted for third behind Howe. I dunno if he'd be able to pass Gretzky or not, but it'd be awesome if he did. |

Good point. IF his shoulder can handle another couple of years, he will get to 700. Anything higher than that will all depend on his health.

Posted - 11/20/2006 : 11:44:59 Sorry leigh, I dont see him breaking that record. Hes 34 and probably has 4 years left. He will score another 30 this season plus another 160 in his last 4, so I say he might break 800, but most likely will finish somewhere ahead of Hull and behind Howe. |

Posted - 11/20/2006 : 11:39:15 I give him 3 more seasons at 40-45 goals, which would make him around 4th or 5th all-time. |
