Poll Question:
Is Tkachuk going to help Atlanta make a playoff run?

I think he'll help but not take them to the final. |

He will make a better run for the Thrashers but it won't help them win

I doubt it. He can help them some but not much. C'mon, with Kovalchuk, Hossa, Kozlov, and Lehtonen, how much help do they need? |

Give me a break. He will make a HUGE impact, especially if he plays with Kovalchuk in place of Metropolit. Kovalchuk has 33 goals this year playing with two "nobodies" and now he has a very skilled player that will grind it out to get him the puck.... I say lights out.
Thank god, Kovalchuk has been underachieving for me in my pool all year. |

He will make a big difference in the playoffs, but only in round one...

Nah, it'll be tight, but the powered up Thrashers will take the Rangers out.
Lunquist has experience on Lehtonen, but the skill level is pretty close. Tyutin and Rachunek are both still out, i think, and that is really going to hurt the Blueshirts. Especially with big forwards like Tkachuck and Holik tossing their weight around.

I never liked Jagr, but I think he will come through in thre first round and the Thrashers will be out...
